Here is a quick guide to help you better understand how GreetBot billing works. Learn about making payments, accessing your transaction history, managing your subscription, and more.

Billing basics


We charge a flat fee per Slack workspace. There is no limit as to how many members you can include each month. Whether there are 10 or 1000 members in your workspace, the price stays the same.

You can pay for your subscription either with a credit card or PayPal. We will only ask for payment information when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.

Payment receipts


Your bill is paid automatically each month and you receive a payment receipt at the time of the billing. By default, your receipts are sent to the email address used to start your subscription. You can access your transaction history at greet.bot/account/transactions.

To change your billing email address or to transfer your billing account to another member of your workspace contact us at [email protected]

Canceling your subscription


You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard by clicking on the “Cancel plan” button under “Settings.” We do not refund payments that have already been made, but you won’t be billed if you cancel your subscription before your free trial ends.

Note: Removing GreetBot from your Slack workspace does not cancel your subscription.

Taxes & fees


All prices shown on our website include any applicable taxes and fees. Depending on your location, these may include sales tax or value-added tax (VAT).

Non-profit pricing


We offer a discount for registered non-profits, educational institutions and affiliated student groups. Get in touch with us to find out about special pricing options.
